Sam Page's learning curve is showing

His school choice comments were concerning, but they look more like a rookie mistake than a fully formed governing philosophy.

First of all, let’s give Rockingham County Sheriff Sam Page some credit for showing up at Friday’s teacher rally. The Republican nominee for Senate, fresh off of ousting the state’s most powerful politician, seems to be leaning into issues he hasn’t had to deal with yet.

But my, does that naiveté show. Page did a 90-second interview with the Hometown Holler and quickly got his first taste of the Raleigh learning curve.
